請大家早d到, 做熱身

之前我講過, 我每次都揾好多後備, 係想減低大家受傷嘅機會. 但我發覺始終唔足夠. 我地易受傷, cos usually no warm up, 踢8点就8點到, 踢9點半就真係9點半到, 敢唔掂嫁wor, 一出場5分鍾就話拉拉地....我強烈建議大家早15分鍾到, 唔跑圈都拉下筋呀.

肺腑之言, 我個物理治療醫生同我講過, 每次踢之前 - 勁拉筋, 勁拉果隻, 拉到出汗都要拉....
trust me, come early warm up la, i really dont want see u guys hurt by no warm up...有d傷, 真係可以避免
